Gina Stuelke
Gina Stuelke is president of Kenton Brothers Systems for Security, the Kansas City area's industry leader in customized security solutions for businesses. Stuelke is responsible for strategic planning and execution, sales management, customer service quality, new products and services, as well as communications internally and with clients. Stuelke is one of a handful of women executives in the security industry nationwide. Prior to joining Kenton Brothers in 1992, Stuelke spent seven years in sales and marketing for small businesses. She helped with the start-up of a computerized bar code company and later ran her own training and consulting firm. In 2001, Stuelke was selected as one of six women in the United States for the Committee of 200 (C200) mentoring program, a professional organization of preeminent women entrepreneurs and corporate leaders that capitalizes on the power, success and influence of businesswomen in the global economy. This program and the Ewing Marion Kauffman Foundation's FastTrac 2 prompted Stuelke to introduce a strategic discipline that set the future course for the 100-plus-year-old Kenton Brothers. In 2005, under Stuelke’s leadership, Kenton Brothers was accepted into the Helzberg Entrepreneurial Mentoring Program and was selected as an honoree in Kansas City’s Small Business Monthly 25 Under 25 awards for small business. In 2006, Gina entered into the elite class of businesswomen by being inducted into the the Kansas City Business Journal’s Women Who Mean Business. Stuelke received her undergraduate degree in journalism from the University of Colorado. She is a member of the American Society of Industrial Security and the Associated Locksmiths of America, the Building Owners & Managers Association and the Institute of Real Estate Management, Crossroads Community Association, the Downtown Council of Kansas City Missouri and the National Association for Women in Construction. She enjoys exercise, cooking and caring for their families 19 rescue dogs, cats and horses at their Lee’s Summit ranch.
